Testimonial
Lori introduced me to holistic wellness. Over a 6-month period, we worked on improving my diet, stress levels, and my whole life in general. While I benefited greatly from the experience, even more important was how my daughter and husband benefited as well. We all started eating better. My daughter and I began cooking together with kid-friendly recipes and encouragement from Lori. My family has had many conversations about healthy foods and lifestyles as a result of Lori's impact on us. With the obesity level of children on the rise, it is very important to me that my daughter grows up feeling good about her body and making healthy choices. Lori has put us on the path to wellness and well-being.
