Incorporating yoga daily

Yoga for different medical conditions.  There is a growing body of research that yoga can be part of an overall health and wellness plan or part of a treatment plan.

Yoga class participation can be a component of academic success and physical fitness.  Research is showing that behavior, and self-esteem can improve with a regular yoga practice. 

"Yoga breaks" in the classroom help kids refocus, prepare for a test, and manage their emotions.

Yoga can help  kids make the mind-body connection and improve their concentration, behavior, and self-esteem.
