A Healthier Lifestyle for a Lifetime starting in 2018

Whole Yoga & Wellness offers many avenues to improve the health and wellbeing of you and your family.

Blog:  The blog posts every 1-2 weeks provide up to date nutrition, medical, yoga and wellness education to keep you informed.

Classes:  Whole Yoga & Wellness has unique and innovative offerings that bring a new perspective to child and family development.  Amongst our offerings for 2018 are:

  • Tummy Time:  An innovative movement class for newborns to 6 month olds to promote belly time to enhance developmental skills
  • Infant Massage:  For newborns to 3-4 months old to learn massage strokes and the science of massage that can be used for a lifetime
  • Nutrition & Yoga series:  This series brings together yoga and nutrition in an organic manner to create a plan to address certain health issues.  The first offering in 2018 is on Saturday, January 13 and focuses on respiratory health (asthma, allergies, chronic lung conditions). Our next offering is Saturday, February 10 and focuses on emotional health including ADHD and mood disorder.
  • Many other yoga and movement offerings for 2018 on the schedule as well 

Wholistic Medicine Cabinet:  This e-book will remain available as a free download for a limited time in 2018.  All you have to do is go to, enter your email again and download this fabulous resource.  The Wholistic Medicine Cabinet helps you develop a well stocked medicine cabinet that includes natural remedies to heal you and your family.  It is a must have!

Collaborations:  Whole Yoga & Wellness will continue to develop collaborative learning opportunities for workshops in 2018 to bring more expertise to our wellness programs.  In 2017, we worked with Local Matters ( to bring to the studio two cooking demonstrations that focused on Healthy Lunches and The Picky Eater. Look for more exciting workshops like these.
